Known Issues:
If students have have any of the following problems with school provided laptops then they will need to come to the WECHS campus with their laptops for Mr. Chad to assess/work on them.
- NCEdCloud not loading
- Camera not working
- Hardware (Screen/Keyboard/Touchpad) not working or broken
Mr. Chad is also the Technical Coordinator for Isaac Bear and SEA-Tech so his times on our campus are limited. If help is required devices will need to be brought to the WECHS campus at the following times when Mr. Chad is scheduled to be here: Wednesday 8:00-4:30
Webcam Information:
NHCS is currently unable to guarantee every student a device with a camera, it's just not possible at this time. Below is a list of webcams that are recommended by technology for purchase by the students and/or their families.
SMONET Webcam with Privacy Case - 23$
LarmTek Webcam with Privacy Shutter - 26$
Rikrok Webcam with Privacy Cover - 25$ with Prime / Free Delivery
Basically, any USB Webcam is acceptable and should work. However, they may require Mr. Chad to have it installed for them on school provided laptops. If you do purchase a webcam try to plug it in and see if it works before bringing it onto campus for Mr. Chad to work on.
